June 27, 2006 – Gramercy, Meridian’s first mixed-use community was approved by its City Council during their regularly scheduled meeting. This approval lays way for the development which is slated to include higher-density housing such as condominiums and brownstones; also included will be multi-story office, supportive retail, and restaurants. Gramercy will be located south of Overland Road between Eldorado Business Park and Mountain View High School.
