The property being offered is nestled in the Camas Prairie in Fairfield, Idaho, with the Soldier Mountain Range literally in your backyard. The small, rural community of Fairfield is the county seat and has a grocery store, service station and restaurants just down the road. The public school has a class ratio from 8-12 students per teacher. That is a ratio that is hard to beat! The Soldier Mountain Ski Lift is 8 miles north and Sun Valley is an hour drive. This is the ultimate retreat for the snow sports connoisseur and hunter/fisherman alike or someone who enjoys the quiet of the mountains.
